We are a Unique and Prettiest Space for birthday party, bridal shower, 1st birthday, wedding, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, product launches and any other formal or informal gathering of 35-40 people. 35 seated comfortably. 50 standing room. Full set-up : Snacks & Desserts There is ample seating and space for up to 35-40 guests to stand and mingle, but more seating can be arranged if needed. Meeting-style set up for 5,10, 20 people. Presentation style set up for 10, 20, 30 people (chairs, no tables) Dinner style set up for 35 people. Street parking & paid garage nearby Number M20 bus lines 1min. One block away from 1 train, and Just a few blocks away from the A, B, C (Canal st), and in a pretty and calm area. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
