Welcome to our spacious, urban chic, full of natural light corner loft located in Downtown LA on the edge of both the Historic Core and the Fashion District (Spring & 8th). -Historic Features (concrete floors, concrete columns) -Gourmet Kitchen -Elegant fine touches -1,100 sf -Urban lifestyle esthetic -Central AC and Heat -Fast WiFi -Elevator -High Ceilings This corner unit receives tons of natural light from large windows encircling the space. Windows are furnished with dark wooden blinds which helps to darken the loft considerably when needed. Multiple parking lots located directly across the street, and on the front and back sides of the building.

We are happy to accommodate most anything you’d like to do, so please be open about your plans in order to better service your needs. The hourly rate is for a crew of up to 15 people including talent. We are happy to accommodate a larger crew subject to higher rates. For Filming, Photo & Production please tell us: •How many in your crew including talent. •Date(s) requested •Hours requested (incl. load-in/load-out, set-up/wrap) •Equipment, lighting, other specs ALSO: •No Smoking in the Loft/Building. Smoking permitted on the rooftop and front/back sides of the building (standing ashtrays provided) •Replace moved furniture to its original position •Remove all trash (trash chutes on the floor) •Return space to its original set-up NOISE - We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. SCOUTING - You are welcome to scout one (1) time before your booking. PARKING - Metered parking is available on both Spring and Main Streets. Joe’s Parking and 2 other lots are also available across the street on Spring and Main Streets. PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT: Depending on availability, production coordination or management services can be arranged for an additional hourly rate.
