Conference Rooms Rules • Persons attending meetings in the conference rooms are subject to all of our rules and regulations • Conference rooms must be left in a clean and orderly condition. You will be assessed a fee for any incidentals that may arise from your stay, including but not limited to room cleaning, equipment replacement, furniture repair, etc. • Companies, organizations or individuals holding meetings at any of our conference rooms assume all responsibility for any damage to equipment and facilities during their meetings. By submitting a reservation the organization, the company, or the client accepts personal responsibility for the use of the room. *We will not be responsible for materials, equipment or other personal belongings left in the conference rooms by users • Attachment of signs, banners, or flyers to any conference room wall, ceiling or any piece of our property is strictly prohibited • Food and beverages are allowed inside conference rooms at manager's discretion • Smoking is prohibited inside our facilities (includes any form of electronic cigarettes) Personal Conduct We value our members and we take pride in the rules we set forth in order to maintain balance in our community of business professionals • Kids - We provide a professional work environment and kids are not conducive to our work environment • Pets are not allowed inside the office • Poor conduct will not be tolerated during or after business hours.
