About the Space
100 sq. foot space for Podcast, Audio and Voiceover rentals. Podcast room with a Rode Podcaster Pro 2, Shure MV7 microphones. All you need to bring in, is a micro SD card and you can record your podcast or you can bring in your laptop. Clients also record videos for youtube. To dampen the sound, there is a thick rug, curtains, and some sound proofing on one of the walls. The room is equipped with LED lighting. There are 4 default art pieces on the walls, but feel free to bring your own art/backdrop.

Space is disinfected completely after each use. Wipes, spray, hand sanitizer and gloves are there for guest use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
