About the Space

The Dollhouse was designed to be as nostalgic, creepy, and cheesy as the 1980s. One side of The Dollhouse mimics a teenager's bedroom, while the other is a murderous, doll-filled dungeon. Utilize this space for your next film, music video, or photoshoot to give your content a nostalgic - and terrifying - edge! Located in Wicker Park, this unique space has a neighborhood to match. The Dollhouse is within walking distance of Wicker Park's best restaurants, bars, cafes, and the Damen and Division Blue Line trains. The Dollhouse is available weekdays. Weekend bookings available by special request. Two hour booking minimum. By renting our facility, guests acknowledge that they are using a public space at their own risk, and take full responsibility for their personal health. These spaces are typically used as an escape room facility. Feel free to visit www.escape-artistry.com to learn more about how we handle cleaning with respect to escape room operations. Please know that we require all guests to wear masks while on site, with the sole exception of talent while on camera. We also ask that each guest provide proof of vaccination or a negative covid test upon arrival. We can accept at home tests. Neither Escape Artistry, nor any staff members, will be held personally liable for outcomes regarding the health of our visitors. If you, or any member on your team, are showing symptoms of COVID, please get in contact with us. We will try our best to work with you and rearrange your booking. If your team requires masks, you can purchase them on site at $10 each. These reusable fabric face masks are made by our friends at Artists' Resource Mobilization. Please feel free to reach out if there are any additional measures that you or your team require.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
