The large backyard has more than enough space for an outdoor luncheon, baby shower, birthday party, etc. About 30 - 35 guest can comfortable fit within this home. This home also has two parking spaces in front of the home and there´s additional parking available right outside the home where production crews can park in close proximity. The property is a 5-10 minute drive to a wide variety of restaurants and stores. Public transportation is a block from the house. This space is perfect for filming, photo shoots, baby/bridal shower, online advertisement, and gender reveals. This is a standard residential home, therefore production generators may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
