Phase 1 power with multiple breakers. 5 power outlets are accessible in the studio space

+ No smoking (including e-cigs) is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance. + Food and drink must stay out of the studio area + No illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted. Rental will be cancelled immediately with no refund. + No one will be admitted who is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances + No animals allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative + Maximum of 25 people in Renter’s party. Renter must contact Studio if party will exceed this amount. Additional fees will apply. + Normal business hours are 8am to 6pm M-F. Requests outside of that time will be considered upon availability. + RENTER must be present throughout the use and must check in prior to departure. + Clean up is not included, RENTER must remove any trash to designated space prior to departure. We ask that you respect the space and we will respect yours. + No early arrivals - doors will open no earlier than 10 minutes before your start time. Please account for setup and breakdown. + Overtime will begin promptly 10 minutes after your designated end time and be billed at 1.5x rental rate in 30 minute increments.

Anything in the Green Room can be utilized as a prop. There are 2 couches, an assortment of chairs and lamps.
