Classroom meeting room space to accommodate up to 12 people. With 50" TV and Whiteboard. Standard setup is classroom style for 12 people with 4' tables so each person has their own table. Can also be setup board room style Ideal space for meetings, presentations, classes, training, workshops, and discussions. ADA accessible, onsite restaurants and walking distance to multiple others. Access to common area. Additional classrooms and small breakout rooms available. HDMI cable for connecting laptops to the TV for presentations and meetings. Discount for non-profit or community based groups. Rates: • $50/hr • 150 Half Day (4-hours) • $275 Full Day (8-Hours)

We are a medical education company and as such have always had a extensive cleaning policy. We have reconfigured the classrooms to have 1 person per table (classroom style) to allow for distancing within the classroom.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
