Above rate is for small productions (15 or fewer people) Larger productions will get a custom quote. Professional layout company required at guest expense (MatMen, Lay'd out, board bros) Site rep required at guest expense. No adult filming No smoking on the premises. You may smoke on the sidewalk. Please use a butt can. No food or drinks in the house (unless it's in the scene) Bathroom available for VIP (15 or less people) - Additional Fee required. For crew's larger than 15 people - Production must supply bathrooms. Proof of insurance required. Rental time frame must include setup and cleanup time. All trash must be removed at the end of the shoot. No Music Video shoots. Normal filming hours are between 7am - 10pm. Any shoots beyond this time will require special consideration.

Per industry standards, a refundable security/damage deposit will be required in the amount of 50% of the booking total. Minimum $2,000. This must be received the morning of the shoot or before.
