About the Space
Very charming, intimate and classic theater with high ceiling, stage, curtained backdrop with 50 vintage seats built in the 1920's + more chairs available to add. The space is perfect for filming, table reads, workshops, rehearsals and more. There is a loading zone in front and is street-level. Walk-thrus welcome! The theater is fully set up with PA, performance and recording microphones, lighting (5 incandescent PAR cans and two Chauvet Ovation full-color LED ERS-style lights), projector and screen. There is a small backstage and plenty of storage room in the back of house. The high 15 ft ceiling gives the space a wonderful sound. We do not have a narrow spotlight but you are welcome to set up your own lighting. *NO SMOKING* Located on Melrose Avenue in East Hollywood, right next to the historic Jensen's Melrose Theater (now Ukrainian Culture Center) with lots of street parking and adjacent to restaurants and coffee shops. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
