About the Space
1960’s modern newly renovated flat. Pristine condition. Eclectic art collection and style throughout the space. Trembly, Dali, Ekegren, Rubino, Montgoey, Pavel Hlava, Burato, Renoir, Aldo, Perico, and many more. Court view and swimming pool view. Nadine with Jeff Bridges and Kim Basinger was filmed here in 1989. Impeccable lighting!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I have professional cleaning. I will provide Clorox wipes and a closet of cleaning supplies.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
