- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

There is plenty of free street parking and about 10 spots in the parking lot that are unassigned around our unit.
General Rules
Welcome to Colorado! We are pretty relaxed and we want you to enjoy the space. However if your mom and grandma wouldn't approve neither do we. No nudes or smoking inside.
Make yourself at home. Order or bring whatever food you would like in. Alcohol is permitted. We don't allow kegs anymore... it's a long story.
No fire, flares, fireworks, massive amounts of water or anything else that may destroy things.

Woow this place is amazing we could not be more happy! We rented it for my Gender Reveal and everything was perfect! Will was super nice and awesome he answered fast all questions I had. They had one person watching the place but he was super nice he didn’t even bothered us. We could bring our own food and drinks! We just had so much fun I would definitely recommend it! And I will definitely will rent again!

It was so easy working with Will especially with me coordinating this shoot from Los Angeles. He recommended a rental house and even assisted with crew referrals. The wall had recently been changed to green for another shoot when I sent my inquiry however he arranged to have it repainted per my request (at a fee). Overall seamless experience would book again.

Great studio with about 5-6 different areas to shoot at. The staff there was extremely helpful and there is parking available to make loading equipment in very easy. We will definitely be using this space again in the future!
