Phoenix, our lounge-style meeting room is available for your next creative meeting. With comfortable seating for up to 5, the space features a plush couch, soft-sided chairs, and a modern coffee table. Perfect for your next brainstorming session or as a lounge for your talent during a photo shoot in one of our studios, Phoenix delivers stunning natural light that ignites your creative flow. With an abundance of natural light, open space, and plant life, it defies your typical workspace. With quiet privacy behind closed doors and a communal atmosphere in our shared space, get the best of both worlds in this beautifully curated, artistic, inspiring work environment. Additional amenities for office tenants include the studio cafe, “Je T’aime Cafe,” a fully stocked kitchen for your use, restrooms, and an art gallery dedicated to rotating artworks by emerging local artists. ABOUT THE SPACE: With studios, galleries, and office suites, we are a hub for creative minds. From the emerging visual artist to the director, we are here to support every stage of your process. Located in Southwest Berkeley, where creativity is embedded into the very fabric of the San Francisco Bay Area, we seek to support the arts through our communal partnerships. The first floor features four production studios. These are available to industry creatives for photo, film, events, and more. With 50,000 sq. ft. of professional industry studios, we offer on site equipment rentals through our partners Little Giant and Ranahan Productions. Office tenants receive a 10% discount on studio rentals. Walking distance to cafe, bakery, and local grocery store. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Health is our top priority. With our updated COVID-response, we ensure to keep our space sanitized and safe. To keep you safe, we are doing the following: Our staff is trained on CDC, state and local health guidelines and is C19CO and SafeSet certified. Masks are mandatory in the building. With 30' high ceilings, expansive studios stretching over 44,000 square feet and windows that reach the ceiling, we are able to provide air ventilation throughout our space. Hand sanitizer is located at the entrances of all common areas and studios. Exterior high contact areas, such as handles, keys and lock boxes, are sanitized regularly. With the help of our partners, equipment is cleaned and disinfected upon return. We have sanitation kits and PPE available onsite. Touchless Thermometers are available on site for personal use.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
