All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our 2nd floor lounge and banquet room has a big open layout with plenty of cozy seating as well as booths to have separate meetings. Its also an amazing place for photo shoots. There is a separate bathroom for the space as well as hot, chilled still and sparkling water. The room is flooded with natural light during the day and has big picture windows looking out onto Chinatown and the financial district. The space is peaceful and quiet but also equipped with a Meyer Sound system. Someone will be on site in case you need anything.

General Rules

Please NO: Smoking or vaping inside. Leftover anything from your meeting/event (this includes catered lunch, cans, bottles, name tags etc. Think of it as a "leave no trace" situation. We will set you up with bags and cans for proper disposal. Outside liquor, wine or beer. Pets are our friends, but service animals are the only animals allowed in the space.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
