Our home is perfectly situated in a prime location only 5 minutes drive to historic New Brunswick, Rutgers University, hospitals, restaurants, highways including the turnpike, Garden State Parkway and 287 Highway. Princeton University is only 15 minutes away and NYC is 45 minutes drive. The house is an expanded Split Level on 4 levels, with 3 bathrooms, large expanded family room on the main floor with beautiful brick wood burning fireplace. Corner lot holds 2 cars and many others on the street. Close to NYC trains/buses & highways. This is a large/spacious home that will not disappoint.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected by a professional cleaning company. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between each booking. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
