COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

COVID UPDATE: We are only allowed to have 20 guests seated at separate 6 tops. Anyone who gets up has to wear a mask. This is as long as we are at 50% capacity. Thank you. A fantastic private space for meetings, company parties, holiday gatherings, birthday parties for the young and old, themed events and more. The room includes a private bar, bathroom, shuffleboard, darts and corn hole. There are high top tables that can be moved around for a suitable format for your event. If you plan to offer food we have a catering menu for a buffet and a large regular menu for seated dining. We also offer gluten, vegan and keto menus available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

I held my proposal event at this location i couldn’t ask for a better environment to do so and Carrie and her staff are great

Yes, I would book again.

Carrie and the entire staff (extra thanks to our bartender Charlie!) were absolutely wonderful to work with. Our event went off as smoothly as possible and was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with Carrie and renting this wonderful space.
