About the Space
Our building is brand new with large windows from floor to ceiling that overlook Broadway. These offices are naturally lit and are furnished with brand new desks and chairs. Access to state of the are conference rooms with brand new flat screens and A/V equipment including Apple TV and Chromecast are available. You'll be able to share our multiple conference rooms, kitchen, wifi, elevators,courtyard, penthouse rooftop and multiple communal space. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

They were very professional and access to the elevator was a serious bonus. It was definitely worth it working with them and location set the perfect backdrop to our story! Host was responsive and made sure we had access to space ahead of time so we could get right to work.
