We had a great shoot at Glasshaus. Jarrett and Alex were very responsive and accommodating. The space is beautiful, with lots of different areas to shoot in, including outdoor space and great daylight.
Love U. booked a photoshoot for 20 people
Booking this space requires a bit more of a process than booking other spaces I've booked in the past. The host lives in this space and is very high strung when it comes to informing and following each of a long list of rules, which is fair enough for a space of this size, but I have worked with hosts who have luxury spaces that were not this stressful to work with. Our team was very respectful of the space but we managed to miss a beat on one of the rooms and lost half of the deposit. Fair enough in the end, but the host uses the deposit to bully and use a very aggressive tone with clients / producers. I think production is just not his strong suit nor should this space be rented out for big production shoots. I have never been yelled at nor had to raise my voice when booking a location, and this booking was by far a huge headache in the pre-production stage. If I had known, I would not have presented this space to my client.
Glorianne C. booked a video shoot for 10 people
The space was beautifully kept and it looks just like the photos - that's the best compliment we can muster. If you do not have time to commit his "Welcome Guide" to memory, prepare to hear about it every time you ask a simple question. We complied with every request and yet we continued to be served eye rolls and face contortions each time we asked for a wifi password or where to take out our trash. It's in the Welcome Guide! Why would you ask the "host" standing in front of you that you're paying thousands of dollars for a few hours in their space? It was unpleasant and embarrassing to deal with the attitude being directed at me, my crew, and my client. If I had a dollar for every time he sourly told me "wow, you really didn't read this welcome guide", then I could have used it to pay for the exorbitant price of this rental. On top of that, we were recording audio, which was noted in our initial booking. Dude expected us to memorize his manifesto, but acted like he had no idea he had to keep it down while we filmed. We book spaces often for shoots, and are always respectful, as you can also see by their 5-star review of us. We have never had such a rude and obnoxious host, and we do not plan on booking again. We had planned to let it go, but they asked for a review, so here we are.

Beautiful space, the host couldn’t have been easier and more accommodating with questions and requests. Would definitely shoot here again!
