GLASSHAUS is the premiere location for commercial, fashion, film and photo productions in New York City. INTERIOR: 2700 SF across three levels, featuring a living room with 17’ ceilings, a recording studio with baby grand piano, a billiards room, a rich collection of modern art, a chef’s kitchen, 2 beds and 2.5 baths. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide beautiful sound-eastern light GARDEN: 1500 SF across two levels of lounging and dining with gas grill and multiple seating areas GARAGE: 120 SF with street access directly into the home, excellent for equipment loading, storage, staging, and crew catering BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: – COI in excess of $1M – Security Deposit of $1K – Location Agreement & Release

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Glasshaus was an incredible location and experience and pretty much all one could possibly ask for in a Peerspace. The property is absolutely stunning, curated with original artwork and vintage furniture, and provided us with a ton of variety in our shots and a calming energy on set. Jarret and Alex were very helpful and thoughtful throughout the day and were a big part of making the shoot such a success. Would love to book again at some point down the line. Highly recommended!
