Features a 22’x15’x9’ INSERT STUDIO with chroma-key green hard CYC and built-in LED lighting, with full access to our makeup room with professional lighting, green room, front office area, office room adjacent to the studio, kitchen and conference room. Very quiet space for filming with no outside noise. Furniture setups and a wide selection of seamless paper and high-quality hand painted muslin backdrops are available (see complete charts of colors & sizes in photo gallery). Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All common surfaces (doorknobs, elevator buttons, light switches, table surfaces, chair arms, telephones) are cleaned and sanitized before and after all rental client projects. Entire office is cleaned and sanitized before and after all rental client projects. Restrooms, kitchen, green room and makeup room are given special cleaning & sanitation attention before and after all rental client projects. If on-staff makeup artist is hired with the space, she has earned a certificate in Sanitation for Makeup Artists from Sanitation Conversation.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
