Free parking in the M&T Bank parking lot on the Belvedere Avenue side of the building. Park in any of the 6 spaces marked "AP" along the right side of the lot. If you require more than 6 parking spaces for your rental booking, you may park in the center of the lot in any unmarked space. There is also street parking available.

- No smoking, open flames or illegal drugs anywhere inside the building. - Do not open the back exit doors at the end of the hallway except in emergency. - No pets allowed without prior consent from studio representative. - Outside catering IS allowed. Guests are welcome to utilize the kitchen, dishes and refrigerator if needed. - Please dispose of all trash in kitchen trash can when finished. Place any dirty dishes in the sink. - Please ask for assistance if you need to move any furniture or décor items. We will be happy to move things for you if you need more space for your rental activity. Please do not move them yourself. - You are welcome to use the elevator for handicapped access or easy load-in-or-out of equipment and materials. Call or text us when you arrive so we can grant access to the lower level. - A studio representative will be on site at all times during client rentals. - DO NOT ARRIVE LATE - your rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Time includes set-up and break-down. Conference room must be cleared and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off before rental time or pick-up after completion of rental time of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of booking. - NO SHOWS will be charged at the standard booking rate for your full scheduled time, and a new booking must be arranged to replace it.
