Rules _____ ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE A MINIMUM OF 2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT/PRODUCTION/MEETING. No nudity or x-rated content Event Insurance maybe be required depending on the event - www.theeventhelper.com Bedrooms are off-limits No food or drink near or on the piano BOOKING: To ensure your event is a success, please be clear & upfront about what you are planning. Each booking request should include the following: *Desired date(s) *Max number of Cast / Crew / Clients *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down. *Equipment PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear-down time, so please include that in your reservation. ARRIVALS: NO EARLY ARRIVALS. Booking will begin promptly at the time of booking. NO Glitter allowed on the premises. NO PETS/ANIMALS NO smoke machines or haze machines or special effects sprays/substances of any kind allowed without explicit permission of Host. CRAFTY/MEALS - All Crafty/Food Services and Meals should be staged outside. No eating indoors. Please bring pop-up tents, seating, tables, as needed. FLOOR PROTECTION: - We provide SHOE COVERS for your use inside. If you decline to use them, PLEASE BRING MATS OR RAM BOARD to protect rugs & flooring. - Please USE TENNIS BALLS on the feet of all light & camera stands that may scratch surfaces. - DO NOT drag furniture on the floor- - No tape on the Floor. If you need to secure cables and prevent tripping - bring mats to cover them. SURFACE PROTECTION: Please make sure crew/client/talent does not place water bottles, beverages or gear directly onto any wooden tables, cabinets, surfaces so as to prevent scratching and rings. SMOKING: NO smoking allowed indoors. If smoking outdoors, Please dispose of all cigarette butts in trash bins. STAGING: Furniture may be moved for shoot -- but must be returned to original setup before departure. Please take photos for reference of initial setup to assist in re-staging later. CLEANING: you will be responsible to leave no trace behind, take out trash, return everything to original setup. OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged Time & 1/2. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we require that Production inform us if anything is damaged during its use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
