About the Space
LA one of a kind original 1905 Venice bohemian bungalow with incredible charm and southern gothic vibes. Original wooden front porch overlooking a beautiful over sized banyan tree. The property has a large backyard with an open pergola trellis with bougainvillea intertwined across the structure. 2 bedrooms, office, and living room all have 100 year old redwood floorboards. This unique location embraces both southern and Hawaiian plantation vibes with character and soul in every corner. Clawfoot bathtub, garden, surfboards, potted plants, high ceilings, Victorian structure, over sized outdoor wooden dining table great for backyard events. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Alex and Ryan were fantastic. Especially considering that we booked with them in 2020 and had to reschedule a year out due to covid. They were easy going, responsible, and responsive. Their house is incredible and our film turned out great because of it. Highly recommend. Everyone should book with them!
