You'll have an good, old-fashioned time at this, fully functioning, restored gold miner's cabin built in 1940! Great for period correct filming (all cabin items circa 1940 and before) Property includes double pond, picket fences, 100 year old oak, pink and mulberry trees. Outdoor seating includes Adirondack chairs, cement wagon wheel bench and a picnic table. Indoor has 6 chairs with an open layout. Walking distance to grocery and bank. Other props include cards, poker, dice, badminton, croquet and horse shoes. Bear skin rug for display only....do not defile Smokey! Matching garage available, with vintage items and real moose head and space for one car. Travel trailer available for green room when not in use.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
