About the Space
My place is great for photo shoots The high ceilings and wood floors with Sky lights are great for lighting and the fireplace and 1950's style kitchen look great too. The patio is very boho with a Balinese daybed and moroccan accents. This house is very light and airy with a perfect combination of modern and worldly accents. It's light, airy and happy. :)

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

A mid-century boho charmer! All the cute touches everywhere - with so many photo spots! My client chose this place for her yogi/healthy lifestyle coach branding session and it fit what she was looking for perfectly! The kitchen and dining area have beautiful light - better than the photos show! The family room is a bit darker than the photos made it seem, but still beautiful. Also - the furniture is arranged differently than in the photo, which is fine, but since we aren't allowed to rearrange the furniture we couldn't do the shots in there as we had planned them. So maybe keep that in mind. Also, the outdoor patio felt much smaller in person than the photos made it appear and didn't end up working for what we needed, but we still got some really cute shots out there. Overall this is a great space, priced very fairly, and the host was so lovely too! Will definitely recommend to future clients for photo shoots!

Lindsay was incredibly easy and responsive when it came to booking and using the space. Beautiful interior with some much creative opportunity to capture between the Kitchen, living room, and back patio. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
