- Great space for film and photo production - filmed interviews, magazine shoot, video shoot, photo shoot and more! - Warm, modern feel - There are 3 - 4 distinct spaces available for use, useful for smaller group discussions or break out areas as well. - The space allows for formal meetings as well as casual events - Huge backyard and patio with seating, heaters and wet bar to enjoy the great California weather and sun; BBQ grill available on request - Tables and seating can be arranged to accommodate additional guests in the backyard too. Table seating for 30 people. - Dining table/Conference desk that seats 10 comfortably additional space for eating around the island - Great for interviews, video recordings - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave - 2 Bathrooms In addition, would love to include the following upon request -- 1) Flipchart + Markers 2) Ice water 3) Chairs (10 people) 4) Power strips (if available) 5) HDMI / Connector for Mac Book to TV or Not needed if TV can be connected via WIFI 6) Wifi information sent (and info available in the house) 7) Complimentary Peets Coffee

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Isha is incredibly warm and easy to work with. We held a leadership offsite for a team of 10 senior leaders here, and the space was just perfect. There's a basketball court and plenty of seating outside - everyone had a great time after a long day of meeting. Isha is flexible with extending our hours, helped setup, and walked me through everything over FaceTime before the event. As a planner, I highly recommend!
