All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This spotless DTLA loft is centrally located in the coolest area of the city mere steps away from shops, restaurants and entertainment. Offering contemporary & modern furnishings, graphic wall art and a very clean and open space environment, wall to wall windows that provide plenty of natural lighting during the day and a relaxing vibe at night. This is a perfect creative space for artists, production companies, YouTubers, influencers and beyond! Easily fits 30 people sitting and 50 peoples standing. Great building with secure designated underground parking. The loft has been used for short/independent films, tv commercials, and countless shoots. *Photo Shoots *Reality TV Shows *Podcast Taping & YouTube videos *Music & Movie video shoots *Meeting space Amenities: WIFI/Internet, Air Conditioning, Space for Make -Up/Set-Up, and storage area.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This location is INCREDIBLE. It is in perfect condition and is larger then the photos portray. The host is by far the best I have ever worked with. She is responsive and quick to communicate AND assist! We filmed a scene from a music video in the Sky's The Limit" loft and it turned out beautiful. I would leave 11 starts if I could!
