COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professional cleaners are in the space each week for deep cleaning. Guests are responsible for cleaning at the end of their allotted time to ensure it is ready for the next rental.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This 1st floor meeting room is a dream, full of natural light, touches of home, plus all the modern features a meeting space should include: whiteboards, wireless TV for streaming presentations, board room table for up to 12 people, and a credenza to support any catering or handouts you bring in. Our building has ample parking and an inviting atmosphere. Our coworking community was created in 2018 and provides shared services for anyone working remotely, either for themselves or for others. Freelancers, small business owners, and work from home professionals come together under one roof to find growth opportunities personally and professionally.

Parking description

At our 620 Broad Street location in downtown Columbus, there is a large parking lot behind the building as well as long-term meters along the street. Feel free to park in the back lot and follow the path between the two mansions to our front door, which faces Broad St. From there, one of our team members will be happy to let you in and get you settled (during business hours). After hours, you can call our main line to be buzzed in remotely and speak to a customer service representative about the specifics of your rental.
