This Unique space has been used for many film sets, Music Videos, celebrity boxing matches, commercials, parties, fitness workshops, etc... The gym has a full gourmet Kitchen , comcast internet , heating, air conditioning Mens & Womens bathroom Obviously the gym can be used to put on sanctioned boxing events approved by USA BOXING or The California State Athletic Commision. Or supervised sparring by boxers and their coaches with current registrations from usa boxing as coach and athlete.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Space was as advertised, entry was quick and easy. Kris’ spot has a lot of character to it, we enjoyed shooting there and it was everything we needed. The boxing gym vibe is hard to come by in the bay, but this space is spot on!

Loved the space! Kris was very helpful and answered all my questions very promptly. I did a photoshoot there. The venue was spacious and clean with ample room to set up lighting equipment. The shoot went wonderfully and I'll definitely book the venue again in the future!
