All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Multiacre photo/film/event location in Malibu overlooking a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Private beach area with private beach access to Watkins Cove, one of the most secluded beaches in Malibu. Victorian mansion/estate with meticulously maintained gardens. The beach area has been used for Mexico/Hawaii/Caribbean scenes. Film: Several areas for green rooms/hair/makeup/wardrobe. We have a gator on-site that can be rented. We have one of the few private roads on the oceanside of PCH which is great for trucks/transpo. Events: Pricing will vary based on whether one of our limited special event permits is required for your event and guest count(usually 50+). Expect ~$17,500 for 9am to midnight rental if your event requires a permit. It's recommended to include time for load in and load out when asking for a quote. Cancellation policy: 50% refund after booking.

General Rules
Layout board required for interior shoots. No interior wall taping.
Grass protection is required for heavy traffic areas on the grass.
Smoking in designated areas.
City sound ordinance is 10PM. Additional permits are required for night filming.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
