Stunning landscapes from every angle, a seasonal waterfall that suspends from the property’s peak, and numerous scenic locations within the property are just a few of its draws. Mountains surround the estate, making you feel miles away from the city. Yet our location is only a stone’s throw away from Topanga Village and 10 minutes from PCH. Our estate offers privacy and land in abundance, but also the convenience of close proximity to amenities. The main home features an open plan living space of 3,000 square feet. Natural light floods the space with floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the entire house. Our peaceful sanctuary emits a Tibetan prayer house vibe, with modern decor that will fit effortlessly into its many possibilities for use. The open plan allows for large space needs, or can be set up to allow for multiple sitting rooms and a dining space. The variety of vegetation throughout the grounds creates multiple microclimates on the property, creating different environments and landscapes. From lush, green, mossy fern banks along the natural creek, to expansive grasslands studded with boulders and sculptural trees. Meditative nature paths wind up the mountainside, leading to the breathtaking seasonal waterfall. Reserving our estate is like renting your own mountain range.
