Our spacious video and photo studio is designed to meet the needs of professional crews, and features top-of-the-line amenities such as our 11' x 30' seamless white cyclorama, full-color LED cyc lighting, and soundproof walls to ensure optimal sound quality. We believe in providing transparent and all-inclusive pricing, so you won't have to worry about any unexpected fees or charges. Our pricing includes free front-door parking, unloading right at the front door for easy equipment transportation, high-speed WiFi, and access to our comfortable green room, among other amenities. We understand that your production day is important, which is why we're dedicated to making it a "show up and shoot" experience. With everything you need available on-site, you can focus on creating stunning content without any added stress or hassle. Smoke machines are allowed Disclaimer: Any Rental over 8 hours will be billed $245 per hour over the 8-hour mark. So if the rental is 11 hours, then 8 hours will be billed at $195 per hour and the remaining 3 hours will be billed at $245 per hour.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
