About the Space
This beautiful piano and plant filled, sun drenched loft in Brooklyn offers the perfect space for photography, videography, and performance. It is primarily a piano retail sales showroom meaning the pianos get switched in and out often. Please inquire for updated specs on which pianos are presently here! Recently used on JVKE’s song Golden Hour (on you tube) Many of the pianos in here are over 100 years old and fully restored fully functional. The main space currently has a Steinway grand piano model C in Rosewood- it is from 1890 and retails over a 150k and it sounds incredible, otherworldly. For those of you considering recording, it certainly has been done, but due to the fact, it is on the second floor of a busy corner, it is often quite loud and noisy with the street and construction all around.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The spot was what we were looking for. For those who are wanting to record audio, I would be aware that this spot is not the greatest for that. We got what we needed but we were competing with a lot of traffic, especially school buses.

Beautiful space! Issac was not in town, Scott was very responsive. Lots of variety in this space. Pictures don't do it justice its very versitile but some of the photos are outdated. NOTE: there is dust and dog hair, so if you have allergies bring medicine/lint roller.

This was a wonderful space for our music video shoot! Beautiful pianos to showcase and lots of natural light. Isaac was extremely accommodating to our needs, even helping us setup an HMU zone. Just keep in mind it is a piano store so you do need to work gingerly around the pianos as you work. We loved using the roof and got some incredible footage at sunset!
