Built in 1896 & newly remodeled, this home allows you to reminisce in its 19th-century glory while enjoying its modern appliances and decor. Located in Jefferson Park, an urban neighborhood that overlooks Downtown Denver. Wood tones throughout make the space feel warm and homey. Filled with modern decor and statement furniture, you’ll love the high ceilings, abundance of natural light, and the hardwood floors throughout. All furniture can be moved during your booking to create a custom look and feel as long as it’s put back in place. Great home for our video production! Had everything we needed in a quiet location, good amount of staging space in the bedrooms, and the gangway on the side of the house made lighting through windows a breeze.
