This 2+ acre historic Sebastopol property is perfect for location shoots, events (weddings, parties) and off site corporate gatherings. A main farmhouse, barn, cottage and pool are surrounded by expansive garden and vineyard views. Bright white interiors, with vintage decor. Private and serene. Easy load in/out for production. Parking for approximately 25 vehicles.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We booked this location for a photoshoot. The space was great and Michelle was a very helpful. We were thrown off, however by the supervision - it was a bit distracting and lightly unprofessional. There were times when we were shooting and a cottage staff member went into the kitchen to microwave their lunch & other times when staff members asked photoshoot/brand specific questions. This didn't exceed our expectations, especially considering the amount of money we paid to reserve the premises. Other than this, we were happy with the space, though supplies, like soap and paper towels would have been extremely handy, especially since we used the kitchen.
