Located just minutes outside downtown Fort Worth, our space offers a blank canvas for your next video/photo shoot, event, art show, seminar, meeting, workshop, or casting call. - With 3000 square feet of open production space, our warehouse has plenty of space to create your next masterpiece. It features multiple shooting areas, natural light, 13' ceilings, multiple portable backdrop walls, green room for your talent and 2 hair and makeup stations. Can hold up to 125 people (available upon request) --- Included in rental --- Green room access with 2 hair and makeup stations 2x C-Stands 2x Lightstands 4x Sandbags 2x Stingers (power cord) WiFi access Facility Features: - Fully Climate controlled - Parking available on-site - Completely wheelchair accessible **DISCLAIMER: This studio area is not sound controlled. Please keep this in mind if you are planning to record audio. **OPTIONAL @ an additional cost of $45/hr: includes ability to set up and use our other rentable spaces. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings

The host was attentive and provided exact details. The only disappointment was the orange panels were not a part of the room, of which we needed for a few photos. Overall, lovely space with tons of backdrops, lighting, and space. I would definitely rent this space again,

I am planning an all-day corporate video shoot on Oct 2nd and am looking for a suitable location. We will need: 1. A conference room for interviews 2. A place where those preparing to be interviewed and wait 3. Office areas where we could shoot some b-roll of the people being interviewed "working" (e.g. walking down a hall, sitting at a table talking, collaborating at a whiteboard, etc.) Is this something we'd be able to accomplish at your location? We filmed a 2 person interview and had zero complaints. There was the occasional sound of the A/C kicking on, but wasn't obnoxious. Great space. Lots of props (tables, chairs, greenery) to help complement our scene. Would book this space again. Thanks!

Everyone was so great. They accommodated our last minute shoot request, were incredibly kind and welcoming, and were also very flexible for all of our needs.
