About the Space
We are a dance studio and small theatre space that was created for fine and performing artists. We provide a safe and affordable sanctuary for all skill levels, ages, and artistic endeavors. The space was formed out of need for more consistent and convenient rehearsal space. In June of this year, we have expanded and moved, and have begun to rent our spaces to the general public. This is a great space for: - Athletic Shoots - Dance Class Videography - Photo Shoots - Product Marketing - Film Shoots Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments; the overtime rate is 1.5x the hourly rate of the space. Health and Safety Measures
Studio and space is cleaned daily. Common area surfaces are sanitized between renters. Two additional fans were installed to help push out the air in the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
