Rio Rancho Verde is a 62 acre Western ranch and production location located on the edge of the Tonto National Forest, in the heart of the Sonoran Desert, approximately 20 minutes from North Scottsdale. The property offers multiple distinctive looks within one location, making it ideal for photo shoots, commercials, film and television productions, fashion campaigns, product launches, music videos, social media content and editorial photography. Production settings include barns, horse stalls , roping arena, corrals, desert trails, majestic saguaros, mountain vistas, open desert and landscaped areas. The ranch overlooks the Four Peaks Wilderness and offers unobstructed Arizona desert and mountain backgrounds with expansive natural light and amazing sunrises and sunsets. The property works especially well for Western, Southwestern, Native American, equestrian, outdoor lifestyle, fashion, automotive, adventure, agricultural and luxury brand productions, It's size allows production teams to create several different scenes without relocating to another property. Horses and handlers may be available with advance arrangements and an additional fee. Horse related scenes, ranch activity and equestrian lifestyle imagery can also be coordinated depending on the project. Additional spaces may be available separately, including a two bedroom suite with pool, bunkhouse casita and a luxury travel trailer. Please inquire regarding interior filming, talent holding, wardrobe, hair and makeup, green room use or overnight accommodations. The ranch has hosted commercial, editorial and entertainment productions including projects involving Miranda Lambert and Boot Barn, Four Seasons, Gibson Guitar, Camping World, Boston Proper documentary production and Western television projects. Interior locations, horse/handlers, specialized ranch access, additional personnel, overnight use and certain production requirements are available as add-ons or by custom quote. We welcome location scouts and are happy to discuss larger commercial productions, multi day shoots and custom production needs.
