About the Space

The space is modern, new, and well furnished. The main level is very open and can accommodate close to 1000. There is a pool table, a foosball table, and a pinball machine The top deck (1 of 5) is over 1600 square feet, it has an unbelievable city view, a large outdoor kitchen, heaters, and music. Hosts, we are very welcoming and enjoy meeting cool new people.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We highly recommend this event space Dave and Corina were absolutely great! They were very attentive and everything they advertised they delivered on. Lots of space for entertainment. Great view of the City Skyline from the rooftop deck!! Do not hesitate in renting this space; will not disappoint.

The event space was truly amazing! Our group had a wonderful time throughout the entire property, and definitely enjoyed the many levels and multiple decks. David was an amazing host, he had answered all my questions promptly and was very welcoming. We will definitely be keeping this event space in mind for future events.

What a wonderful space and excellent host!! I held a graduation event, the space was clean, and the host, David, was most accommodating. All of my guests were very impressed with the mansion and all the levels with decks and outdoor seating areas. All of the televisions and theater room was great for watching the NBA Finals. The rooftop view of the Loop was breathtaking and a wonderful backdrop for photos! I would definitely book this mansion for future events!!

Dave was a great host. His place is amazing. I had a photoshoot here and was able to get plenty of footage. This is a great place to have any event. I will definitely be booking with Dave again.

Amazing and beautiful space. The host was very accommodating and helpful for all of our questions and requests - and immediate response! Would definitely use the space again to host a party in Chicago. We used Rooted Goods Grazing for a grazing table and she set up on the large table in kitchen which worked perfectly. The host placed a large cooler on rollers in the bar area for us which we used for beer/wine and then placed wine on the bar. Everything was perfect! the outdoor spaces are spectacular which unfortunately we did not get to use due to snowy weather but the inside spaces are more than adequate and comfortable. Thank you.
