Brand-new and all technology forward as a smart home it includes a kitchen, full bathroom, indoor and outdoor fireplace, projector and screen to show movies or share presentations. Black out electronic shades available. Direkt access to sun patio and garden with amazing views over Noe Valley and the ocean. Ideal for movie screenings, fashion shootings, company offsides with the ability to have breaks outdoor on a 2-level patio and garden with direct access. Free parking available outside and just a few blocks from 24th in Noe Valley. 20 people can sit comfortably.

Daniela's space is beautiful and was very accommodating to my team meeting where I had to juggle the team members' comfortability with Covid - this space provided the outdoor space and the well-ventilated, private indoor space as well. Daniela is a very hospitable and responsive host!

Daniela was an excellent host and this was one of the best spaces for production work. The room is versatile and the backyard is several levels. I highly recommend renting this space for events and film work.
