Formerly a motorcycle shop and before that a lumber yard, our space was recently converted into an office/lounge space. Located on vibrant East Cesar Chavez Street, we are 1 mile from downtown and 5 miles from the airport. Excellent for meetings, events, happy hour's, film shoots, etc. Large conference/dining tables, multiple comfortable seating areas, a bar area, separate glass walled conference room, kitchenette, outdoor patio, and recording studio. We share the building with Intero restaurant, who can provide custom food options for your event. Tastefully decorated with multiple lighting options. MAX 30 PEOPLE 4 HOUR MINIMUM

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
