Free street parking. Parking in our lot is first come first serve with the other tenants in the building.

Large windows facing west, so late afternoon is the brightest. Some crews have draped black fabric for some shots.

It's not perfect, but we've had several shoots done in the space, including CBS's 60 minutes, with no issues. Usually any noise can be corrected and addressed within minutes, and the street is not a problem.

Load in is easy, as our doors go right into the parking lot

We are on a 200a service that was installed in 2017

Any items moved must be placed back exactly as they were Guests must remove all trash and recycling and not leave anything in the space (unless donating left over supplies)-- vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping will be done by our cleaners, but space must not be left messy. All glasses and or dishes must be put in dishwasher No smoking in the building Any PA system/loud music must be approved before booking Any damaged items must be replaced or compensated for at market value Clean up and wipe surfaces if dirty Take out your trash/recycling (use the city receptacles, not the dumpster: brown for trash, blue for recycling) Please use coasters on the wood tables and do not place hot items on them– even a hot pizza box will affect the finish. If you want the metal curtain to be pulled back, ask in advance and we will move it. Do not enter the hallway by the lockers, this is another tenant’s space, and ALARM WILL SOUND Drinks or food in the Topo Chico beverage fridge or kitchen fridge are not available for rentals Please place any furniture, lights, or items moved back to their original position. This includes directionality of ceiling lights IMPORTANT: Please book the time you will need to be in the space. If you start the booking for 9am, then that's when you will be let in-- please don't book for 9am and then ask to be let in the space at 8:30am. If you need to extend your time, we can modify the booking-- thanks!

This can only be done if a conversation happens with the host and it is approved (it's usually fine).
