This home was scouted and selected for the pilot shoot of NBC's Good Girls in 2017. If it is good enough for a crew of that size, it is not doubt outsized enough, to meet your needs! Perfect for a an outdoor meeting space, outdoor yoga, and so much more. The backyard vantage point is very private, tucked away from the public - - 2 vehicles maximum are able to be parked in the rear of property underneath carport, the rest must be parked on the street. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: NO PETS NOR ASSIST ANIMALS ALLOWED on the interior of property Bedrooms are not accessible with this listing, only a bathroom.
