Perfect for a an outdoor meeting space, outdoor yoga, and so much more. The backyard vantage point is very private, tucked away from the public - - 2 vehicles maximum are able to be parked in the rear of property underneath carport, the rest must be parked on the street. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: NO PETS NOR ASSIST ANIMALS ALLOWED on the interior of property Bedrooms are not accessible with this listing, only a bathroom.

As host, the following measures are implemented to help prevent the spread of COVID-19: Social distancing The host will personally check the booking guest in on the initial visit. Subsequently though, self check-in and checkout is available. The host pledges to space bookings at least 3 days, between the last guest who booked property, and the reservation booked by the Peerspace guest. A care kit will be provided to booking guest / crew that contains items such as hand sanitizers, cleaning supplies, etc.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
