The space is just as it looks and Kelsey was very kind and responsive. The street traffic is much louder than we'd anticipated, which was not ideal for recording audio. But otherwise, all went well.

I used the space for a video shoot and it was very easy to communicate with Tyler. The space is bright and airy and has cool decor. However, I did ask in advance about noise and was made sure it was a quiet space. Unfortunately, it definitely isn’t well insulated for sound and the street noise was pretty loud. We were also able to pick up voices and singing coming from the owners unit next door. So for that reason I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone doing audio work. For photography or anything not noise sensitive it’s great.

Kelsey and Tyler were wonderful to work with. The space was just like the photos in the listing. Everything was easy to use/access, with plenty of street parking. We had a photoshoot in the space on a warm summer day, there was a fan to keep the room cool and several areas that looked like different settings for a variety on picture backgrounds.
