Our space is available for small meetings, seminars, photography, and small private events (baby showers or birthday party). Maximum capacity 35. We have a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, kitchen sink with granite countertops and track lighting. Wood floors and 17ft Art Deco ceilings. Handicap accessible bathroom. And a bonus space downstairs.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
