Located in Vista, CA, our clubhouse offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties, and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 30 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - 6 seat rectangular table - Two 2 seat round pub tables - Other furniture include couch, chairs, coffee tables - Kitchenette equipped with microwave and mini fridge - Wifi - Shuffle board table - Pool table -Restrooms - Outdoor bbq/patio space access not included in reservation ***TVs are not available for use*** FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The space was great! Held a birthday party with 28-29 guests. There was plenty of room. The passcode Latch system was easy to use. Would recommend staying in contact with the management team before your event to make sure everything is set up before the day.

Everything was fine; the premises were normal—quite clean and bright! The manager, a very friendly and cool guy, allowed me to decorate outside, which they usually don’t permit. However, there was a crazy lady neighbor who kept walking past us and telling us to get out of there. I had to sort things out with her to avoid ruining the whole party! If you want to do something outside, be prepared for the neighbors’ disapproval. They walk right past you to the front yard, and we’re clearly in their way! Only thanks to the wonderful manager was my party not ruined!

Clean and spacious for twenty plus guest. This is the first time that I have ever used Peer Space, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in reserving a place to have an event. The management team is quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns.

Space was as pictured and clean. We had a great time here. My only complaint was that it was complicated for us to get to the bathroom, there were multiple codes needed to access the bathroom from the gym. Also for guests arriving at different times, we had to keep sending people in groups of 2 to make sure they didn’t get locked out of the venue from the outside. These were small things to work around, I would definitely book again.

The room was occupied upon arrival and the occupants didn’t/couldn’t leave until almost 30 minutes into my booking. They had so Mci medical supply and bins that took so much time to clear without any sense of urgency. The couch, heavy accent chairs, stools and chairs were all put to the corner of the room so the whole room had to be put back together so instead of our guests enjoying the room, they had to prepare for our party 30 minutes after what should have been the start of our event. The room was dirty with little bits of trash on floor, countertops, carpet and all the trash bins full of trash from the last occupant. Not at all what we expected. The room/space itself is great as long as you don’t need working TVs or a range. Our biggest problem was as the result of the back to back booking of the space. Not at all happy about untimely start of our event or the condition of the room when we got there!!
