About Musicians Choice Rehearsal Studio
Large open-plan warehouse with raw, industrial charm that serves as the perfect multi-purpose space. Conveniently located in the heart of Culver City, this space is a hidden gem with unique amenities. FEATURES 1,200 sq ft with no columns or obstruction Exposed bow truss ceiling Abundant East and West-facing Natural light 22’ high ceilings with ample ventilation Ceiling fans Painted concrete floors Street level entry Convenient load-in/load-out Free WiFi Capacity max 75 (capacity is lower due to current state of pandemic) Private restroom 13 free onsite parking spaces in gated lot (stack parking ok) Plenty of free street parking available Ample permanent overhead electrical lighting 200 amps of power, plenty of electrical outlets No local noise restrictions Wheelchair accessible Separate rooms to set up wardrobe/makeup services and storage areas We have on site plenty of band equipment for rent, including complete PA packages, amplifiers, complete drum kits, guitars, and more! We are also able to assist with renting from the simple (tables, chairs, tablecloths) to the larger, more creative items, like AV, stages, photo equipment, rugs, decorating items like lighting and wall hangings, anything, for your party, music video, showing, or shoot. Events we have hosted at our space: - Photo shoot - Music video - Youtube video filming - Band showcase - Baby shower - Birthday party - Film premiere - Dinner party - Celebration of life - Dance party We will do whatever we can to make the booking and planning process easier for you. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The venue was perfect for our holiday party, especially when all the tables, chairs, and decor came together. Maggey was responsive to all my questions during the prep stage and was there to assist us during our event itself. The venue came with the chairs, tables, and sound system we needed for the party! The venue gave such great value.

I couldn't choose a better place! This space was perfect to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday with friends and family I had 60 guest and there was still space for the dance floor and a DJ. My guest also liked the place and said it was perfect. Staff on that day of the celebration was there as well his name is Dan and he answered all my questions the day of the event so I wasn't left out alone. Nevertheless , the booking went very smooth! My host Maggey was amazing she made me feel welcome and went above and beyond for me to accommodate me! She was also very friendly from booking till the end of the event! I would definitely recommend this place for any celebration with friends and family staff will be there 100%.

Wonderful space that was perfect for my birthday with 50 people. Maggey and Dan were super helpful and made sure everything was ready for us. Guests loved the space. No issues with parking or sound on a weekend night. Overall great venue!
