All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Welcome to our cottage! Our eco-friendly home, gardens, and artist studio across the street from a creek is the perfect backdrop for your next photo or video production. The magical grounds feature a large Italian Stone Pine tree, outdoor shower, and potted plants. Just 10 minutes from the beach, we are located in the heart of the westside, surrounded by Culver City, Venice, Playa Vista, and Marina Del Rey. Please note the price listed is for a 5 or less still photo shoot. Prices vary based on footprint/impace. Thank you!

General Rules
+ Production Insurance is required. Any premiums and all deductibles shall be paid by Licensee.
+ No smoking or drinking.
+ Please be respectful of our neighbors.
+ Please ask before moving furniture/belongings.
+ Film/Photo Permit may be required through FilmLA, depending on nature of rental. Production company is responsible for obtaining.
+ Trash must be taken offsite.
+ No food or drinks inside.
+ Wood floors must be covered with floor protection.

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
