Our Business Center is a full-service boutique office center at the intersection of I-540 and US-70 in the Brier Creek/RTP/RDU airport area of Raleigh/Durham.We are a modern, locally owned, and owner-managed center that takes great pride in providing custom office solutions and a superior customer service experience for our clients. Our space is to be used for: Photo/Film Shoots Product Photo Shoots Documentaries Web Series Shoots *Inquire about specific use case. Features: Flat-screen monitors Speakerphones Whiteboards WiFi Tables/Chairs Complimentary Coffee/water Outside catering is allowed. No smoking in the building.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
