AV EQUIPMENT: This room comes with a 65" TV monitor that requires HDMI connection. Group may bring their own AV equipment. We offers no guarantee on compatibility of outside equipment. Group is responsible for arranging rental of equipment, set-up and dismantling. MISCELLANEOUS: - No smoking in or around rental facility. - No Candles - No Alcohol. OVERTIME: Overtime needs permission from owner (because there may be another meeting scheduled right after) and, MISCELLANEOUS: - No smoking within 25’ from any exterior entrances. - No Candles - No Alcohol. - No pets. OVERTIME: Overtime needs permission from owner (because there may be another meeting scheduled right after) and, with permission, over time will be charged at the same hourly rate as original booking. Unauthorized overtime will be charged at $50/hour. CLEAN UP: Group is responsible for the cleanliness of meeting facility upon conclusion of event; (1) Chairs and tables should be returned to original position (2) All garbage items must be place in trash bins. (3) Whiteboard writing should be erased. (4) Leftover food must be placed in trash bags and taken outside of the building.with permission, over time will be charged at the same hourly rate as original booking. FOOD: You can order your own food and beverages. Please make sure all food garbage will be put in garbage cart OUTSIDE of the building when you exit the building. ROOM CONDITION: Group is responsible for returning the facility to its original status: (1) Chairs and tables should be returned to original position (2) All garbage items must be place in trash bins. (3) Whiteboard writing should be erased. PAYMENT PROCESS: All payments are executed through the Peerspace platform. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: We follow the Peer Space general cancellation and refund policy.
