About the Space
Our house is located only a few minutes away from i-95 and features beautiful interiors with wooden flooring and plenty of natural light. The living room is large and has a central working chimney. All rooms are available for shooting. Kitchen is under construction. The backyard has large, beautiful trees, seating area and a beautiful live edge table for up to 10 people, great for shooting barbecues and outdoor settings. Weddings, children's birthdays, baby showers and baptisms only. No adult birthday parties.

We have a person who comes and does disinfecting on a daily basis and we will clean deeply before and after each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
